Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Linden Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of about 787 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
