Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Union Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
