Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Knoxville, TN)

Northwind Keystone Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Knoxville region. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
