Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Summit Stone Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
