Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Jackson, MS)

Northwind Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Jackson, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
