Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Clear Inspection Services is an inspection company in Grand Rapids with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
