Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Linden Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
