Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
