Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Freight and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. We reward reliability. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
