Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Denver, CO)

Amberfield Cedar Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Denver. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
