Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Bright Rowan Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software.
