Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Oak Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
