Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Buffalo, NY)

Bright Clear Farms is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure.
