Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Lakeside Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
