Senior Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Stone Farms is an agricultural business based around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
