Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Ivory Legal Group is a law firm in Tulsa serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
