Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Orchard Telecom and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 477 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
