Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
