Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Iron Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Tucson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
