Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Bridge Health runs clinics and patient services around Tucson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
