Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Freight and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
