Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Harbor Transit Planning and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
