Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Bridge Health runs clinics and patient services around Tucson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
