Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Collective is a financial-services company in Tucson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
