Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Toledo, OH)

Nova Juniper Health runs clinics and patient services around Toledo. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
