Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Hollow Facilities is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
