Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Thistle Pharma and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
