Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Bridge Freight is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in loads and lanes and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
