Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Meadow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Tampa, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in rent assistance and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
