Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Spokane, WA)

Bright Cobalt Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Spokane caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on classroom supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
