Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Seattle focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
