Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove North Community Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on donor records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
