Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Meridian Legal Group Partners provides legal services in Seattle across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
