Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in Seattle with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
