Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Seattle region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Investigate trends in vehicle inspections and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer estimates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
