Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Basin Legal Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
