Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Mill Care Services Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 966 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
