Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Thistle Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around San Antonio, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in vehicle inspections and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
