Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Keystone Transit Planning and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in ridership counts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on route schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
