Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Thistle Medical Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in production lots and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
