Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Health and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. • Python or R for analysis.
