Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in clinical studies and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on release testing.
