Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Amber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Richmond. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on batch records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
