Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Wren Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Reno, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We reward reliability. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in proof of delivery and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tracking. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
