Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Northwind Ember Staffing places workers with employers around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 940 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
