Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Greenridge Hollow Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Investigate trends in survey data and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
