Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Basin Legal Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
