Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Meridian Care Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
