Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Redstone Cedar Health Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
