Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Summit Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
